Accessing the B2B Matchmaking Platform

After you book your exhibition stand or register your visit you are granted access to the B2B Matchmaking Platform.

Already an exhibitor? You can access the Platform with your exhibition manual credentials.

 

How the Platform Works – Step by Step

Step1: Set Your Availability

• Go to B2B Meetings from the main menu and select your available times.

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

• Go to Edit Profile
• Complete your company's information.

 Tip #1: Specify as many Product Profiles as possible to find the right partners.

Tip #2: Upload a profile picture or your company logo.

 Step 3: Explore Participants

• Select Exhibitors or Visitors from the main menu to see the full list of participants.

 Tip: Use the search bar to filter by company name, country, or profile.

 Step 4: Manage Your Meetings

• Go to B2B Meetings to manage your schedule and check your calendar.

Tip #1: Accept or reject meeting requests to notify other participants.

Tip #2: Print or save your calendar for reference.

Notice: Meeting requests are assigned on a first in / first books basis. If a company declines, you cannot request a meeting again.

 Step 5: Connect via Messaging

• Use the Messaging option to contact anyone of interest directly and build meaningful business relationships.
